Best Areas to Be New Wholesaler if you live in Phoenix, AZ

Hey Guys, I'm just 2 weeks away from moving into my first home in Phoenix, AZ... I plan to live in it, so I don't yet consider myself an investor BUT I do want to start wholesaling ASAP! My background is in sales, I'm a beast if i may say so :). So I think I'll do well. I'm willing to invest $2,000/mo in advertising. My question is, with how hot the Phoenix market is currently, is there still abundant opportunity for new wholesalers in that area? Or am I better off focusing on other AZ markets? If so, which?
