Best Areas to Be New Wholesaler if you live in Phoenix, AZ

George Torres
Posted

Hey Guys, I'm just 2 weeks away from moving into my first home in Phoenix, AZ... I plan to live in it, so I don't yet consider myself an investor BUT I do want to start wholesaling ASAP! My background is in sales, I'm a beast if i may say so :). So I think I'll do well. I'm willing to invest $2,000/mo in advertising. My question is, with how hot the Phoenix market is currently, is there still abundant opportunity for new wholesalers in that area? Or am I better off focusing on other AZ markets? If so, which? Thanks so much!

@George Torres yes it'd be good to meet sometime for sure! I actually don't live in the area at the moment. Working remotely. But planning on moving back there next year sometime in June if covid doesn't continue to mess up travel. I've been attending some meetups virtually. I know there are lots of others. If you're not a part of AZREIA that's where I'd start. @Shiloh Lundahl has a good one every 3rd wed of the week. You might want to check that out. Also as a wholesaler you'll definitely want to be a part of the real estate disruptors with Steve Trang. I think they do meetups as well. Phoenix has a ton of options.
