15-25% downpayment? Has to be another way..
Vision. Check. Business plan. Check. Over 720 score with money saved, Check. Startup funding. Trying to obtain. I Can’t house hack. Wanting to purchase first duplex for cash flow but can’t secure the startup funding. Every place wants 15-25% down. Any other ways I’m missing? Business Credit good idea? Has to be another way other than having $50k saved up to drop into downpayment. Any advice?

Agree with @Cassi Justiz. Find off-market deals. Creative financing. Seller financing. Subject-to deals. Network with other investors. Partner up. Find deals for other buyers. Get a business LoC to cover the 15-20%. So many ways to make this happen. But, it all leads to one thing.... NETWORK.
