Should I buy now or wait?
Hi! I am twenty years old and a real estate newbie. I started analyzing deals these past couple of months, and I keep getting told that right now it's a seller's market and I should wait to buy. Also, because of the covid laws that landlords can't evict nonpaying tenants, I've been told to wait a year or two for all the foreclosures, and then get into real estate. I want to get in the game as soon as possible, but now I don't know if it's smarter to wait?
