Hey, I'm Tyler, I'm new to Bigger Pockets and wholesaling. This post is basically to get an understanding of what buyers in Houston want out of their deals. What areas you feel are hot, what's your sweet spot for value on the property, and how much of a profit are you usually looking to make?
