I’m starting from ground zero with little of nothing to give. I have about $150 to be able to risk.

I’m new to wholesaling and I’m negotiating with the seller about this deal. I believe it should be a good one. They are asking about a non-refundable amount put in escrow. What is usually a good amount to put in escrow.
