Looking for first property! - Pittsburgh PA

Hey BP! My name is Gabe Larson, and while I was technically a new member 2 years ago, I never got to get involved back then. I am ready for my first property, having my pre-approval on a mortgage and my down payment saved. So I am hoping to get connected with some successful investors in the Pittsburgh area to learn from. I am hoping to find a 3-4 unit to live in and rent out remaining units, But the search has been slow. Any tips to find deals faster would be appreciated.
