Finding Whole Sellers

Henil Patel
Posted

Hi Bigger Pockets family, I am a newbie in New Jersey. Recently bought my first foreclosure, rehabbed it, currently house hacking, living for free, and making $400 in cash flow. Looking to do more BRRRS or flips now, MLS deals are a bit too comparative here in my area, How can I get on mailing lists of local whole salers or tips on other ways of finding deals?

@Henil Patel I’ve had success with Facebook real estate groups lately. “New Jersey Real Estate Deals” is a very active group. Check them out.
