@Constance Grandelli Networking, that's a great advice, I am definitely going to look into local meetups. I agree, MLS deals are still a great source but in competitive market it's good to have other sources to stay ahead of your competitors, I think.

Hi Bigger Pockets family, I am a newbie in New Jersey. Recently bought my first foreclosure, rehabbed it, currently house hacking, living for free, and making $400 in cash flow. Looking to do more BRRRS or flips now, MLS deals are a bit too comparative here in my area, How can I get on mailing lists of local whole salers or tips on other ways of finding deals?

Recent Computer science grad here !! recently closed on my first foreclosure property, rehabbed it, now house hacking, living for free, and making $200 cash flow, way better than paying $1700 in rent for sure.
