Quit job to pursue real estate career full-time?
Hello! I am currently involved in the process of getting my real estate license. My original plan was to keep my full-time job and do real estate part-time. I've been doing a lot research on the pros and cons of starting a part-time career in real estate. The ultimate goal is to go into real estate full-time. Should I just go right in full-time that way I have more grounds to cover and more hours to put in? Also, I am in Ontario, Canada; if I were to leave my full-time job to start real estate, since the income will be $0 for a while, will I qualify for any EI or government aid?
Thanks for the feedback!

I wouldn't especially if you've never worked a commission based job before. Sales is hard and if it isn't for you it just isn't for you, see if you like it or are good at it before jumping in with both feet. As for the investment side it seems unlikely to be able to replace your full income immediately unless you are the greatest flipper of all time or something, so if it were me I'd start with part time.
