Hello! I am currently involved in the process of getting my real estate license. My original plan was to keep my full-time job and do real estate part-time. I've been doing a lot research on the pros and cons of starting a part-time career in real estate. The ultimate goal is to go into real estate full-time. Should I just go right in full-time that way I have more grounds to cover and more hours to put in? Also, I am in Ontario, Canada; if I were to leave my full-time job to start real estate, since the income will be $0 for a while, will I qualify for any EI or government aid?

Thanks for the feedback!

Hello folks, I am new to this world and trying to understand BRRRR in its entirety. My husband and father-in-law are in the costruction field - over 40 years hands on reno/building experience between the both of them. Assuming I don't have any money for d/p and reno, am I to understand that the HMLs will loan me these funds? Who pays the monthly mortgage during the reno phase? Is it that you rent it after reno is completed? Thanks
