Assignment Contracts in STL MO

Hey Guys, been doing a lot of research the past few months and now ready to dive in head first in the real estate industry. I was just wondering if  any suggestions where to get  Assignment Contracts in St. Louis MO,  I greatly appreciate it.....Thanks

Check out the Faster Buyers Club in St Peters.  I really like them.  I believe there are a few others here in BP that get posted periodically.  

I live in Denver, but have a couple rentals in STL.  

As for the assignment of contract, I'm pretty sure you can use any generic AofC or ask people you've got on your buyers list.  They may have one they like to use and if you bring them good deals, they're happy to share.
