I was able to get a hold of the Property Tax Files or Tax deeds in my area. Not sure what the right name is for it but either way. What I would like to know is if using them and going that rout would be the best way for some like myself that dose not have a lot of money to work with to start working with real estate? Trying to create some kind of income just don't want my first move to be the wrong one...
