Looking to invest in Orlando area
Hi Bigger Pockets community!
I am a first-time real estate investor looking to buy a cash-flowing apartment/condo/townhome in Florida that I can manage remotely via a property management company. After initially exploring Brevard County/the Space Coast, I think my current goals will be better-suited in the Orlando area. Any advice on which neighborhoods to narrow-in on for long-term rentals? I've mostly been looking into Kissimmee, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Garden so far. My budget is $250k.

@Brianna McNally You will likely have better luck with a condo or townhouse. Less maintenance and lower price point. It does come with an HOA but typically that reduces your overall capex and maintenance expenses. There are so many good areas of Orlando and it is typically easier to tell you what areas to avoid. Fell free to reach out to me if you want to discuss any further.
