Hi Bigger Pockets community!

I am a first-time real estate investor looking to buy a cash-flowing apartment/condo/townhome in Florida that I can manage remotely via a property management company. After initially exploring Brevard County/the Space Coast, I think my current goals will be better-suited in the Orlando area. Any advice on which neighborhoods to narrow-in on for long-term rentals? I've mostly been looking into Kissimmee, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Garden so far. My budget is $250k.
