My friend & I are thinking of buying a home & flipping it.we are both young broke college students but want to get into real estate investing.we are really thinking of flipping and dividing profits 50/50 and using that money to buy our own separate rental properties.we’ve both been educating & preparing ourselves by reading, listening to podcasts ,plus talking to many real estate agents/investors.i am also in the process of getting my real estate license to become a real estate agent.

Just wanted to share this , and get everyone’s thoughts on this!!

Any type of advice is really helpful, I appreciate it!!
