What's up biggerpockets fam! 

i was looking for a solid lease agreement and saw biggerpockets has their own lease agreement that is lawyer-approved. To those who have used this lease agreement, is it pretty easy to fill out? 

And is it a good overall lease agreement?

Hi everyone, 

brand new to the landlord game, i have a property that i am looking to rent out, but unsure of where to get a proper rental agreement. any suggestions? 

What general rule of thumb do you follow on a square footage multiplier when you are calculating rehab cost for a potential flip? what are flippers and contractors in the Triangle area doing to find these numbers? i have a general idea of what to aim for but would love to see what local flippers/contractors are doing!

What would you advise ? 

I have a friend who has been in a sales job the last 2 years but has not made any money there. he has a credit score aboove 700 but no funds for a downpayment. he would love to invest into his first investment property and wanted to find out if it is possible right now, if not what plan of action should he take?

I am a investor and agent here in Raleigh,North Carolina. Biggerpockets is a great way to start your real estate journey! i would highly recommend educating yourself with tons of books, podcasts, youtube videos and to network, network, network. As for building strong habits i'd recommend starting with one simple task everyday and slowly working your way up.

Not sure if you know but i think there is a biggerpockets networking event on june 8th from 6Pm to 9Pm at milton's pizza if i am not mistaken, i'd definitely recommend going!
