Rent-By-The-Room House Hack with conversion from assisted living?

Hi All,

Let me preface by saying: I am a beginner investor(18), looking for my first house hack once I complete college in 4 years. That being said, I was recently analyzing properties in Texas when I stumbled upon several homes that had around 6-7 rooms with a full or half bath in each room. The houses previously were used as assisted living facilities but have since been, or can now be, converted to single family housing. This sparked my interest in terms of a rent-by-the-room(RBTR) house hack. Is it feasible to convert something like this and do a RBTR in a SFH? When analyzing one of houses, the numbers make the idea worth exploring. Is this something worth looking into? Thanks.
