What's the best niche and strategy for me?

Hi everyone! I've been digging in to learn as much as I possibly can about real estate. I'm trying to figure out my specific niche and strategy for my goals and where I'm at in life right now. I originally wanted to start by house hacking and then get into BRRRR, but now I'm interested in learning more about wholesaling. I recently graduated college with a business marketing degree and am planning on using real estate as my side gig until I build it up enough to not need an 8-5. I want real estate to provide me with more options in life so I won't be tied down by a job/career that I don't love. I don't have much savings and student loan payments are going to start kicking in relatively soon. I'm seeking advice on how other investors would start out in my situation. I've never posted on here before so hopefully I'm doing this right!
