Remodeling vs gut job in wholesaling
I've been able to find vacant properties but many of them are not completely distressed just out-dated. Cabinets, appliances, and carpets are old but not worn and torn. What is the best way to calculate the ARV for these properties? Is it better just to stick to total gut jobs?
