Student wanting to start investing in real estate (Switzerland)
Hello,
I am a 17-year-old student looking to start investing in real estate as soon as possible. I currently live in Geneva (Switzerland) where prices are generally very high (average price per foot being approx 1330 $ in the city center) and there are strict lending rules for mortgages. I am planning on following school and going to university meaning I would finish studies at the very least at 24 years old, but I would like to start investing before then to not waste any time.
Here is my issue, I am not sure how to get a loan or how to raise enough money to be able to start investing by a younger age. I have estimated that by the time I am 19 I might be able to have approximately 25k-30k $ to invest but without a full-time job, it would be almost impossible for me to get a bank loan. So I am not sure how to get started in this field, does anyone have any suggestions or resources that I could start looking at?
Any help is greatly appreciated,
Thank you in advance,
Noa Ette.
