Just purchased my first investment property . Home was built in 1935 and is on raised foundation.  Looking for a good HOME INSPECTOR in the area.    Memphis, Tennessee  zip 38111.

Some of the top inspectors who are very good are Asher Murray with Murray Home Inspections.  Loyd Allen with Allen Home Inspection. Brandon Dyles with Picture Perfect Home Inspections. As someone who sells a lot of turnkeys and works with out of state investors, these 3 are very popular.
