Investor friendly brokerage in Houston

Good afternoon BP, 

I received my real estate license this year. I am searching for a broker that is investor friendly and that I can work at on a part-time basis. I am in the Sugarland/Missouri City area but am open to Houston or Katy broker firms too. I’ve received numerous emails from different brokers since earning my license and would appreciate any input before pulling the trigger.
