Investor friendly brokerage in Houston

Nancy Truong
Posted

Good afternoon BP,

I received my real estate license this year. I am searching for a broker that is investor friendly and that I can work at on a part-time basis. I am in the Sugarland/Missouri City area but am open to Houston or Katy broker firms too. I’ve received numerous emails from different brokers since earning my license and would appreciate any input before pulling the trigger. Thank you in advance!

Hey @Nancy Truong!  Congrats!  I recommend you also consider eXp Realty as an option.  All agents receive the same training, mentorship, and support, regardless of whether you're part time, an investor, a top producer, etc.  You get 100% commission personal transactions a year, which is awesome for investors, plus additional income options.  For me, it was the only choice because I needed the flexibility to work part time and train part time.

My friend @Kobe Xin is a Houston eXp agent and I'm sure he'd be happy to give you the local gouge!
