@Lane Kawaoka I haven't looked much into Dayton, and have only skimmed over Cleveland. I know Cleveland is another spot that is high on different REI hot spot lists. I'm still pretty fresh in the process and thought OH might be a good spot to start looking in for a first investment.

@Remington Lyman thanks for the advice! I just read through the Core 4 article on BP, it definitely gave me a few things to think about as I'm getting started.

Hi BP!

I'm fairly new to BP and was told to check this out from a client of mine. I've been wanting to purchase a investment property for some time and started leaning towards Columbus OH as I began looking for opportunities. I live in Sacramento CA so this would be a long distance. Anyone have advice on how/where to start networking to try and take action since I'm out of state?

Best Regards,

-Scott
