Potential Coaching fees

Hello BiggerPockets team,

I recently signed up for the Pro membership, intent on taking my first steps into this real estate adventure. I attended a local REIA webinar in OKC and a few of the panel members spoke about the importance of coaches to help guide and set up systems. They also mentioned that they were themselves coaches. My question for you all is, what would you expect to pay for and get out of a coach? I have reached out to be put on their calendar for a meeting, but wanted to know if you all had any advice as to what I should be looking for or questions I should ask these investors.

Thanks!

If the people recommending coaching are also paid coaches then don't get coaching, at least not from them.  What are you hoping to get out of a coach that you can't get for free?
