Looking to invest in west side of Orlando/Lake County

Hey there, I'm new to the BP forum but have two years experience as an acquisitions manager. I felt that I was successful, as the business I worked for became a million dollar business in large part because of my efforts. But there were a few things about that experience that didn't sit well with me, and now after a few years away from RE, I'm keen to get back into it.

I'm not sure I have a question as much as I'm curious if there is any one out here in Lake County that would like to connect? I'm equally as interested in flipping as I am in land development, rentals, and commercial.
