Verbal Offer or Signed Offer for MLS properties?
Do you all just call the listing agents with a verbal offer or do you just call and send a signed offer? I generally have been just calling the listing agent to see how much the seller would take. It seems to be a waste of time to sign purchase agreements. What do you all do?
