Property Management Massachusetts
Hi, I am starting a PM company around a Boston and am looking for any feedback. I am very confused on wether I need a RE brokers license or not, is my understanding correct in I do not need one to start the company but do need a RE license for the actual leasing and renting activities? When looking it up it seems like MA is one of the only states not requiring a brokers license. Very confused as to what I need for a license! Can I continue studying for my test take the RE agent test in September and be all set (while outsourcing the leasing to an agent for now) or do I need to wait until I am licensed and also hired by a broker? Any marketing tips or helpful hints on starting out is always appreciated too!! Always on the lookout for more marketing strategies and good ways for potential growth! Thank you!
