Newbie, here from New York. Looking for an investment in Southwest Florida. Trying to gain as much knowledge as possible but ready to take action too when the right deal comes our way.  I would like to get some helpful information from experienced investors.  What are the top 2-3 things that an experienced investor values the most when analyzing a property?  If location is one of them what specifically are you looking for?
