Moving from NJ to FL

Hi! Loving this app so far. Quick question if anyone could help I would be grateful!

Looking to purchase first property (Condo in Florida). Moving there out of NJ. Curious what I should be focusing on when choosing a place to move. Schools? Employment rate? Crime rate?

The purpose of purchase is to own a property, not really looking to flip. But after a couple years have the property paid off and rent out while I purchase another property to live in.

Budget is about 100-125k.
