Good Morning, everyone. Looking to invest in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. Was wondering from those who are familiar with these areas. Who is renting out SFH or duplexes at the highest rate? Is it snowbirds, vacationers or those living there year round? Is there any that stands out significantly?
