Experienced landlord starting over after liquidation for ED
My ex and I were landlords for about 15 years with two rental properties. Cash flowed both and took nice proceeds upon sale of each, although sadly it was for Equitable Distribution since we separated. I have about $30k and am looking to restart. I have recently learned about BRRRR and house hacking. Previously just bought and held, slow and steady. But I am looking to build wealth faster although not foolishly.
Thoughts on what approach to take? I am willing to do house hacking or partnering with someone to fund a rehab for a BRRRR deal. Thanks in advance for your input.
Thanks also to Joe P. for pointing me to BiggerPockets.
