Tax Lien Certificates in Baltimore, MD

Hello. I'm new to real estate investing and have been hearing a lot about tax lien sales in Baltimore, MD. After some extensive research, I think I'm pretty familiar with the concept and I'm looking to get into it as my first real estate investment deal. I'm looking for someone who has done multiple deals with tax lien certificates and could explain to me some of the ins and outs before I register for the upcoming sale. Any advice is helpful.
