Hello BP community! I know the market is a little shaky right now with interest rates rising, but I'm still considering purchasing my first investment property in either North Carolina. I would love to have a long term rental to start out then move to purchasing a short term rental for travel nurses or an AirBnB. Anyone have any suggestions and/or recommendations on locations that are ideal for what I'm looking for?

Hello Bigger Pockets Community. I’m looking to start real estate investing with my first deal and needed some advice on an investor friendly title company in the Washington, DC area. I’ve decided to start out with the wholesaling strategy, so it would be great if the title was well versed in assignment of contracts, double close, etc.
