Hello Bp Team,

I am a newbie and after educating myself with reading/podcasts I have officially decided I will start my real estate journey using the BRRRR method. My market will be in East Orange, NJ on single/small-multifamily homes. I have done research on the area and it looks great. But I know it's also always best to get info on the market from active investors out there or just living there in general. Does anyone know how the market is like in East Orange, New Jersey.

Hello Bp team,

I am a newbie to this investment world. I have came across the house hacking strategy and I feel that it fits me. My man focus is on single family/small multi-family. But my question is do anyone recommend investing in condo units especially since I do live in an expensive market. I am thinking of being roommates.

Hello Bp family,

I am looking to purchase my first property (single family/small multi-family). My goal is to house hack, only thing is holding me back is how expensive New York is. Can anyone give me suggestions on what I should do ? Also I would love to know investors in New York experiences and which locations in New York is hot currently. Thank You!
