First house hack philly

Hey guys, just bought my first duplex in a C area of Philadelphia. I’m house hacking and have been here for two months. I Iucked up with a drive way and two car garage. Here’s the thing, I haven’t been enjoying my neighborhood much. I constantly have to tell people not to park in the driveway. Two people stayed in my driveway to continue what they were doing. I know this is Philadelphia and city life is what it is. But I’m getting tired of living here already. I have not rented out the other unit yet, unable to get my licensure due to the municipal building being closed. I’d at least like to deal with an area I’m making money in! Take it easy with me folks, I’m a newbie. 26 years old in the game....

@Kahleah Manigault nice, you're making your money work for you, paying off that mortgage instead of renting/paying someone else. Your older self will thank your younger self later!
