How to deal with leads off MLS
Can I contact the seller directly if the property has been pulled off the market? I have been using the MLS on Propstream and need to know the proper way of wholesaling deals from it. I don't want to upset anyone or create a bad reputation for myself. Thank you in advance!

Yes, you can contact the seller directly anytime (as long as you arent an agent yourself). They might be contractually obligated to use their agent, even if you contact them directly as well, so keep that in mind. But generally, if its off the MLS, its fair game.
