How do I pay for leads ?

Hello everyone! So I am reminiscing the webinar I attended the other day with Brandon Turner. He was talking about the ability to invest in your education and he mentioned paying for leads. I am willing to do whatever it takes to further my experience and education but my concern is how and who I connect with to have those doors opened where I am able to pay for leads. Please if anyone can clarify this for me. Thank You!
