PROBATE ATTORNEY Not being responsive

So i have a Probate lead I've been working sometime since last year. The seller and I have a repoir from speaking many times. I did a follow up  yesterday and his first comment was the courts were closed and everything is on pause. I told him that he can still be proactive at this point and theres things he can do to get ahead of the line instead of in back of the line, when things go back to normal. In response his exact words " My attorney has'nt responded to my calls what should I do" Who can I talk to to help me?"

He is ready to sell. They paid off all estate taxes and sent documents saying no liens on the property to the attorney. He said he has not heard from the attorney in over a month and a half. He's at a point of hiring another attorney but does not want to do that. He wants to sell. Me and him have a phone relationship so me providing him with a solution will be beneficial to the both of us.

My question is how can we go forward from here? is there any thing i can do to expedite this process without the attorney? Should I contact the attorney? I defitnitly want to provide a solution for this guy. I need help
