Hey mister can you spare a dime, ahh quarter ahh dollar
I know pretty cheesy title but oh well...got your attention I am pretty much new at investing in real estate and I hope to gain some wisdom and networking. I am in the SF Bay Area and I have a broker and an agent that says they are experienced in helping investors...my question is how can I confirm they are actually going to help me obtain a good deal? I don’t what to blindly trust them since they know I am inexperienced.
