Seeking a experience wholesaler in boston
i have a opportunity in quincy which the motivated seller has a home that is in distressed wants to sell as is but is asking 30k above retail. any body in the boston area that is a wholesaler with experience i would be more than willing to have you partner with me on this deal. I am not greedy just looking to get my feet wet

@Account Closed why would a reasonable person want to pay more than retail? Wholesale only makes sense when the asset is undervalued.
