@Philip Ganz that’s exactly what I’ve thought. The numbers make no sense. Apparently this seller needs money quickly but doesn’t understand. He’s a hard cookie but he’s eager. I think somebody thats experienced can talk him down to my realistic offer. Any suggestions or people you can refer me to talk to?

i have a opportunity in quincy which the motivated seller has a home that is in distressed wants to sell as is but is asking 30k above retail. any body in the boston area that is a wholesaler with experience i would be more than willing to have you partner with me on this deal. I am not greedy just looking to get my feet wet
