Meets on Bigger Pockets

I have had several call or contact me through Bigger Pockets.  But this week, I had a young man actually take the time to come see me.  This has happened one other time. 

Both of these individuals were either in the Military or just getting out.  They were wanting to start their Real Estate off correctly.  The first one actually went to an auction with me, where he watched as I bought a property and passed on others. 

The second young man came up, we looked at properties.  I showed him some flips, some foreclosure type sales that I had bought, some tax sale properties, and some buys from individuals. 

We discussed what he wanted and his options.  I let him know I was here if he had other questions, I enjoyed the day.  I hope neither of them felt they had wasted their day, but they both got the opportunity to see boots on the ground working.   I was impressed with both of these young men.  I expect we will see more of them on here. 

I recommend that more folks try to help the new guys out.  I joked with Tyree that he could come anywhere here, i didnt want the competition.  He understood that I was joking and that there is enough real estate out there for all of us.  We need to open doors, show folks it can be done, so they are not paralyzed into doing nothing.
