Finally I purchased my first investment property

I finally did it, I pulled the trigger and bought me a home. My short term goals are cashflow so I can continue to purchase more homes in the future. I purchase this SFH in December in order to use it as a Short term rental. We launched the STR literally March 1st (I know perfect timing). Since I have never had a investment property before it has been a nonstop learning experience. From learning the area, the STR industry, guest and what a seasoning period is. If you are a Newbie and are teetering on line if you should buy or not. I would suggest pressing the gas and just hold on, because once you buy your first property your acumen/learning experience grows exponential compared to just being in analysis mode. I'm already looking to purchase my next property in Q3 of this year. Good luck to everyone and happy investing.
