Hello BP friends, I was hoping for some advice. I am very new to real estate investing with low savings so far but I am so mentally ready to get out there and just DO IT! Would you recommend going out and starting to compare and search for the best lenders in my area, or save alittle more (maybe abt 6 months) then make a move with a little more $ saved!?
I know lenders are looking for high down payments to prove you have skin in the game, but obviously I don’t and trying to gain that. I know they have different options to explore so should I take this up with a lender or sit back and save a little more until after pandemic is over to start talking to lenders?? I know u should not give lenders too much personal info unless you’re absolutely ready to buy!!!

Thank so much
