Hi guys,  if you haven't seen some of my other posts already I'm very big on encouraging others who are new to real estate investing.  With that in mind, share that one thing that you always like to give newbies.

Here's my thing I like to share:

"Never let 'No' stop you, just learn the way to get to 'Yes'."

As an added bonus, I'd like to share a funny quote from an employer I had when I was a teenager.  He was a very particular contractor that liked to have his way.  Can you blame him though?  This transformed my teenage work ethic. Haha

"There's a million ways to skin a cat, three ways to do it where the cat is still alive, and only one way that I'm going to pay you for."
