And yes, due diligence will be had on all the areas mentioned here.  In Montana I have found value in building relationships and sharing success/fails with folks and learning from others success/fails. I’m a month out from moving to the Houston, Texas are and I think I’ve got my eyes locked on League City as a place to live.  Looking forward to the culture, food, and opportunities!  

Can’t wait to meet with BP people in the new locale!  Any further info on the Houston and surrounding areas is welcome!  I’ve done a number of my own flips, helped with SO many others, I’m a 17-year contractor, a full time Air National Guard member with a 10 year Structures AFSC background, currently a recruiter for the ANG, i also have three years property management experience.  So to say that I’ve been around real estate meeting with people for a while is an understatement!  

Looking forward to meeting with everyone and sharing stories and advice!

Questions I still have are: 1) Does anyone recommend a real estate broker in the League City area that is great to work under?  Looking to possibly switch careers.  2) What are some good brewery recommendations in the same area or should I just go to Houston proper for that??  I like to meet with real estate folks for drinks and conversation :)

Hello fellow people interested in Great Falls, Montana and surrounding areas!
I received word that I was accepted for a job in Houston, Texas, but before I go I wanted to meet with some of my fellow investors one more time.  I will still be actively investing in the Great Falls area and don’t want to lose connections here with similarly minded peoples.  If interested, let me know and we will start coordinating a meet up!

I’m always down for meeting up with people:) I used to put together monthly meetups online great falls for about a year but we’ve taken a break from it. I could definitely use the social hour again!

Always down for a meet up. Was trying to host a monthly meet up for about a year and had mixed success.  
I’m unable to do anything this weekend but anytime after that is cool! Shoot, you have my number, let me know when you wanna go out and I’m there!

Thanks for the reply and awesome info!  I’m pretty big into single family flips and enjoy the challenge they bring.  As far as finding deals I don’t worry too much in that regard, I pride myself in finding deals off the market and making everyone feel good about the deal.  Thanks again and I hope that Houston works out so that I can meet some of you great people.:)
