What websites are some of you using to locate properties?

I was doing some online surfing looking for a legit website offering online auctions on foreclosed and tax lien properties and it got me thinking; what websites are some of you using to locate worthwhile properties in your area?

I don't look for worthwhile properties - I look for worthwhile deals. It is a subtle but important distinction.

What I almost never use is sites that list foreclosures or REOs, online auctions etc. This is what new investors often want, the magic website that has all the good deals. Yes there are legitimate deal on these kinds of sites but there is also a lot of competition because well everyone is seeing the same deals.

The sites I use don't have any deals! I use things like government public record sites and find my own deals. Things like Land records, state dept. of Assessments and Taxation, register of wills or orphans court, Bankruptcy and court case searches, etc.
