Going under contract
Hey guys!
so i found a house im interested in & I want to make an offer if they accept does this put it under contract?
I don't know the procedure for "under contract" if i was to pull out for some reason does this cost me anything ? by going under contract does this protect the property from other offers ? and should I get the inspector before or after ?
Greatly appreciated Guys,
many thanks

Don't you have an agent? If you are asking those questions here, you might be a little too early in your journey to be making offers. There are a lot of factors to weigh in terms of repairs and inspection and if you are this unsure of how the process works from a deal flow perspective, you might need to pump the brakes and make sure you know what you are doing so you don't get into a deal that you don't understand.
