New Investor | Partnership Questions

New investor here, closing on first short term rental on or around June 1st with a business partner. Have started the process of creating a LLC and was curious to know what advice folks have concerning the title of the property. Should I put the LLC on the title or the individual names of each partner? Welcome any other advice that you may have as well!

If you are going to own the property under an LLC, it needs to be in the name of the LLC.
