Building Buyers list from listsource?

I don't remember where I read it, but I read SOMEwhere that I can build my buyers list from places like Listsource.com. I can find out who paid cash for houses in the zip codes I ask for in the last 30 days or whatever. I can then send letters to these people...Is this possible?
